Videographers, like guests, need to eat. What arrangements are you making for Carol's meal? (please note that swanky hotel "vendor meals" usually resemble an elementary school lunch. Cookies, chips & soda are items I do not eat. I'm always happy to cater my own in those cases.) Mileage: The fee for travel will be calculated based on the addresses given. Usually, I take the distance between my home and the farthest address as the total.
