Contract Timeline Day 1: Submit Contract information below Day 1: Carol mails contract to Bride and holds date on her calendar. Day 4: Bride signs contract and mails it back to Carol with $500 deposit check. (If paying by credit card, add $20) Day 6: Carol signs contract and mails it back to Bride with Wedding Video Planner Packet. Day 6: Carol closes the date on her calendar. IDEAL PRODUCTION TIMELINE: 6 days before the wedding: Client mails "Call Sheet" to Carol. The Big Day: Carol (& crew) tape the wedding. The Big Day: Client delivers final payment to Carol. The Big Day: Client delivers music choice form to Carol. The Day After: Carol places video footage in editing queue. 2-3 months after wedding: Carol begins editing the video. This can take from 1 to 3 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the package and other scheduling factors. 3-4 months after wedding: Client receives finished DVDs either in person or via 1st class mail. If Client fails to deliver Payment, Music or Pictures by the wedding day then their video will not be placed in the editing queue until all media has been received. This means it will certainly take weeks or months longer to be edited. Those who are on time will skip ahead of those who were not.
