This
is what makes your video a movie. The best editing is that which tells
a 3-Act story in a seamless way. This is much more than a collection
of beautiful images - it's the momentous beginning of your family
history. I use the same techniques that you see in any classic hollywood
film (cuts, fades, dissolves) so that it will stand the test of many
generations without feeling dated. I invite you to give me your ideas
and input before I begin (in writing, please) so I can make your movie
just like you've always dreamed it could be. |
Small &
medium sized cameras (Panasonic, Sony) mounted in inconspicuous locations
gather the most natural video footage. Two of them are operated by
hand and one can be remote-controlled. The groom (and often the Rabbi)
will wear a wireless lapel mic during the Chuppah.
All of my roving coverage consists of steady mediums, close-ups and
a few wide angles which are captured from a comfortable distance from
the subject. This means you will never have a camera "in your
face." I do interviews only if you ask me to. All packages have
at least 5 hours of coverage time and you can always add more.
