Venue Review:
The Turnip Rose is in a beautiful building with grand architecture, stairways and shrubbery. The Turnip Rose and Parc Preve are operated by the same company. They work hard at presenting a professional appearance and they get the job done. They're pretty snobbish though. I heard one guest ask to sample all 4 kinds of dipped strawberries but he was told he could only have two at a time. Huh? Also, they failed to supply adequate lighting over the dessert table so I had to stand by with my video light so guests could see.
