The rooftop garden at the Kyoto Grand is a surprising oasis. The grass looks real, the waterfalls ARE real and it's right in the middle of downtown. Just make sure there aren't any parades or demonstrations outside city hall scheduled on your wedding day or you could be competing with helicopter noise when you whisper "I do." - Carol
